When you use the JavaHelp containing the movies with your application, you will need to redistribute the JMF files in accordance with the JMF licence.  You will also need to provide the HM2JHelpViewers.jar file, or download the source and include the class directly in your application. The HM2JHelpViewers.jar file, contained in the extras folder ,  holds the uk.henspace.hm2jhelp.helpers.HelpJMFViewer class which launches the JMF MediaPlayer.
